From Buenos Aires: One in three Argentines is poor, according to INDEC data
On September 24, Argentina's National Institute of Statistics and Censuses (INDEC) stated that one in three Argentines is poor. Poverty rates reached 32.3 per cent in the first half of 2025, four points more than in the second half of 2025. The indigence data increased to 7.5% from 6.3% in the same half of 2025.
