Guinea-Bissau: President overturned Embalo announces his return as presidential candidate
Ten months after being overthrown by a putsch, the former President of Guinea-Bissau in exile, Umaro Sissoco Embalo, announced Monday to the AFP his upcoming return to his country as "candidate to the presidential elections" of 6 December supposed to restore constitutional order.
