Just over a year after his abrupt departure from Donald Trump's cabinet, the billionaire Elon Musk will return to the Republican administration as one of the leaders of the 'Meridian Project'. The programme will be aimed at identifying the technologies and possible conflict scenarios that can mark the wars of the coming decades.
