U.S. and Israel point to Iran for Flydubai flight incident, though without evidence
The United States and Israel suggested a possible involvement of Iran in the Flydubai flight incident, which, on 30 September, was forced to land in Saudi Arabia as it went to Tel Aviv. Although Israel has not submitted evidence to confirm the Iranian involvement in an alleged plot to crash the plane, the US President anticipated reprisals and stated that "based on what I hear, Tehran may have been behind the failed attack."
