Madagascar: Trial of the sale of Boeing 777-200 to Iran opens a year later
One year after the discovery in Iran of five Boeing 777 bearing Madagascar's administrative record, the Malagasy judiciary opened the trial of 33 defendants on Tuesday, 22 September. They are charged with charges ranging from passive corruption to the violation of national sovereignty.
