Floods in Dakar: the desperate victims, here is the Government's response
Following the heavy rains on the Senegalese capital on weekend, the Government, under the auspices of Prime Minister Ahmadou Al Aminou Lo, meeting in emergency this Monday at the Primature, announced the launching of the Regional Emergency Plan to stay on standby and support the victims of the floods in Dakar.
