Xi completes his visit to Washington on an image of agreement with Trump
After three days of meetings and symbolic gestures, the Chinese president left Washington without major agreement to calm relations with the United States. Donald Trump and Xi Jinping, however, extended the trade truce between the two countries until January 10 and confirmed their willingness to continue the dialogue.
