Iran offers a plan to open a symbol and a Pakistani Saudi defensive meeting in Riyadh.

Iran has submitted to the United States a conditional plan for the reopening of the Harms Strait within seven days, while Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Pakistan held a military meeting in Riyadh to strengthen coordination and joint defence, in conjunction with an escalation in Yemen and the Security Council condemned the Al-Houthi attacks on the Kingdom.
