Spain: Lard city forbids swamping and trade in most public places

The city of Lard Spanish, Friday, prohibited the full coverage of the face in most public places in a procedure aimed at swamps and necks. The municipality of the city, located in the province of Catalonia in the north-eastern part of the country, stated that the Catholic Socialist Party had joined an unusual coalition of the Fox right-wing extremist party and the Mountus separatistist group to pass the decision.
