Catalonia/Spain: rains and floods killing two people and authorities calling on the population to stay home.

Two people were killed and another lost near Barcelona as a result of heavy rains hit north-east Spain. The authorities warned against moving extreme weather conditions north towards neighbouring Jiruna province. The authorities called the people to stay in their homes and took out people trapped in their car.
