Serbia: President Fuchic declares his resignation in preparation for the race on the post of Prime Minister.

Serbian President Alexander Vočić announced his resignation from his Sunday post from the second and last five-year term, paving the way for early presidential elections. The student protest movement had called for these early elections over two years.
