Moroccan news: Mansour consultations in Morocco, expansion of the death penalty in Algeria and crimes of rape in Mauritania

Consultations continue in Morocco to form a new Government, following the victory of the Contemporary Nationality Party in legislative elections, and the appointment of King Mohammed VI Fatima Al-Mansuri as Head of Government. In Algeria, the death penalty was extended to forest fires and child abductions. In Mauritania, demands for a law against minor sexual assaults have increased.
