The meeting addressed two key issues: on the issue of Ukraine ' s support and pressure for the resumption of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, on the one hand, on the other, the focus on energy security through a French proposal to secure Saudi energy installations in a strictly defensive approach, as well as a French initiative in the Security Council to separate the trajectory of the Harms Strait from other files between Washington and Tehran for the purpose of securing global energy supplies.
