Texas Democratic nominee James Talarico held a final rally Monday ahead of US midterm elections on November 3. His race against Republican Ken Paxton could determine which party holds a majority in the Senate. If Talarico wins, it will be the first time a Texas Senate seat's turned blue since 1988.
