In an interview with France 24, former Romanian Prime Minister Dacian Ciolos, candidate for the head of the Organisation internationale de la francophonie, believes that his future "is certainly in Africa", but not limited to it. He wanted to "make the Francophonie more useful" and said he was "very confident" before the November election.
