Colombian President Abelardo de la Espriella has expressed his legal support to 17 former soldiers accused of the Jovenel Moïse magncide in 2021, who were transferred to the United States to appear before the courts. In parallel, the president seeks to implement his more than 130-point Anti-Terrorism Statute to "pursue drug terrorist groups" in Colombia.
