A bilingual program without natives: Madrid starts the course without conversation assistants for the first time in 20 years

For two decades, the Community of Madrid has been managing the contracts of native assistants with the Ministry of Education. This course will no longer be, and the regional government will go from investing €28 million to €11.69 million.
