The accuser accused the newly dismissed President of Paraguay, Santiago Peña, of the charges of abuse of trust and self-administration after the collapse of Ueno Bank that left millions of people without access to their money. The Public Prosecutor ' s Office also seeks pre-trial detention against the former President and the former head of the Central Bank of the country.
