Mediapart: prosecuted more than 300 times, sentenced five times
It is a new arm of arms between a political leader and Mediapart: the investigative media published anti-Semitic messages from 2013 to 2015 which it attributes to Jordan Bardella, then a young activist of the National Front. The latter denied and filed a defamation complaint against Mediapart. إنها ليست الأولى وتواجه وسائط الإعلام الإلكترونية، منذ إنشائها، أكثر من 300 إجراء، ولكن لا يوجد حتى الآن سوى خمسة أحكام نهائية بالإدانة الجنائية.
